there are only five specimens of this moth from Georgia.  It may be more frequent than these few records indicate.  Eric attempted to capture one at Hardy's in Thomaston that narrowly escaped.  I think the year was 1994.  I caught this one under a light at a company called Dester near the Thomaston airport.
